This was the email series for Giving Blueday 2023. There were a total of 3 emails sent based on user interactions. We utilized custom merge fields for the most personalized message.

The thank you email message has a fun and energetic design requested by stakeholders. I utilized short animations to add excitement and secondary branding colors to create a fun aesthetic. This email produced a 51% open rate, 1.5% click rate and a very low opt-out rate. Overall, this email performed higher than 2023 averages.

Newly designed and developed Medicine at Michigan email template to capture a fun and engaging aesthetic. The layout utilizes small icons to draw the eye from one section to the next. Introducing a new sentiment tracking tool to survey the recipient's response to the email content.
